Life with Lumineers
A year ago, my teeth were yellow, and just disgusting. Every time I smiled I’d find a way to cover my mouth, and I’d always spot people looking at them, I knew they’d noticed them. My friends started getting veneers on their teeth, and they looked amazing, but I wasn’t too keen on the idea of the dentist grinding away a portion of my teeth to make room for the veneers. I mean what if they fall off or something, and my teeth would be even worse!
Anyway, I heard about this new veneer-style treatment called lumineers. I liked the idea of it: they act like a veneer, but are stronger and a great deal thinner too. So I looked up a Liverpool dentists and decided to get it done. The best thing is that because of how thin they are, the dentist didn’t have to grind my teeth down to get them in shape at all! The lumineers themselves are a new-fangled piece of dental technology. Apparently they’re made of a special mix of porcelain that makes them so much better for the job than other kinds of veneers. Of course, veneers are great too and lumineers might not be for everyone, while my friends say they paid about £3500 for their veneers, I paid a great deal more than that.
